They tell you that your computer is infected but the warnings are the virus trying to get in and
get your personal info like bank account and credit cards so do not buy anything from them

Do not touch them even to close them as that allows them to take over so you have to hard shut down
then start all over and they come back so I have to live with them no matter which browser I use

I deleted history on my computer, deleting history on browser did not woirk, and that works but they came back after a
few weeks so I deleted again

Anone else have this issue?

Should I buy ad blocker? Which one?

The security I use is what comes with Windows 11 and I do
not want to mess with Windows security by installing another security system but Windows 11
fails to block fake McAfee pop up warnings

Any advice?

Malwarebytes Premium is my go-to and I've never been infected with a computer virus.

You can download the basic program from their web site, install it, and it will scan your computer even without having to buy it.

For ongoing protection I suggest you buy the premium version.

I had Total AV and got some reminder to renew for $39.00 or something like that in January. Got billed 3 times on the same day. Then the pop ups started telling me my Total AV had expired and on and on. Tried to contact them. No chance. Then got a renewal reminder for July. I cancelled it on paypal. Ten minutes later I got an email from them warning me not to. I sent them a screen shot of my 3 billings in January and asked for a refund. Email was returned as undeliverable.

Open the Task Manager with [CTRL + ALT + DEL] and close all browser windows/tabs manually, then re-open your browser as a new session. You shouldn't need to do more than for a fake McAfee warning.

I got a story.

I use CC thinking I can just cancel CC in a scam but scammer
can trace you to another CC and charge new CC as you have to prove to CC
that you are not avoiding a legit charge

I believe it. I was telling of my troubles getting rid of Uber scamming me out of a monthly fee, a while back. Had to get the bank to cancel my card and send me a new one. Scared they might do something like this. All of these companies make it completely impossible to contact them. So you are completely fucked if they get hold of you.
No legislation in place to stop them apparently.

Because I could not get contact with scammer was my defence that CC accepted

It seems to me these scammers should be immediatly blocked by CC

Likewise. But I talked to three or four bank people who basically said it was my problem and they couldn't do much. Certainly not refund me my money. I hit the jackpot with the 5th guy who said "these are fraudulent charges. I am reversing the charges going back six months and cancelling your credit card and sending you a new one." So I lucked out by talking to the right guy. Finally.

Switched to Linux over a dozen years ago and don't have to worry about any of that crap Windows users constantly worry over.
Linux which is super secure, FREE and IMHO as easy to master as Apple, which btw is a form of Linux you pay through the nose for, has never let me down.
