Yahoo has an article about it. Not sure if there are many teams that would give up what's necessary to trade for him.... are the rules the same as in basketball where the salaries have to come close to matching within a certain percentage?
Seeing as most teams build from the QB outwards it's hard to envision a team that he would want to go to that is only missing a QB unless one went down with an injury.
