Of course it was expected that Pee Pee would not support the budget, no matter how conservative it is.
But more important is that we have to wait to see what the NDP does as they are still on the fence:

Hopefully, they either vote for it or abstain at the very worst.

But the good news is:

Nova Scotia MP Chris d’Entremont is crossing the floor, defecting from Conservative Leader Pierre Poilievre’s official opposition caucus to join Prime Minister Mark Carney’s Liberals.

Then smirking Scheer is shedding crocodile tears over it!! :p :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

You pissed because Chris saw the light and realized that PP is a dweeb? There may be others who jump from the sinking ship. Leadership review in a couple months!
lol at saw the light. Is that why he put his social media on private? He's a coward, he'll fit in with the Liberals quite well.

And sinking ship? Liberals just dropped a budget that no other party will publicly support.

I just wonder who else will be paid off.....uh.... I mean see the light from this budget.

On the slopes of Mount Parnassus, Greece

Vassy goes right after the Minister Of Finance Champagne here in a good exchange.

They're sidestepping the question of the tanker ban and repealing C-69.

How can they court private investment with C-69 still in place?

If you're going to go conservative you might as well go all the way.

Pee Pee cannot even work with the opposition to make amendments to the budget that would be suitable to then defeat this budget. NDP and The Bloc would definitely prefer a Moderate Liberal rather than far right Pee Pee ideology!! :p :ROFLMAO:

Bloc, NDP vote with Liberals in first of three confidence budget votes

Canadians are not headed to the polls just yet. The Bloc Québécois and the NDP sided with the Liberals — ensuring a majority — in the first of three confidence votes on Prime Minister Mark Carney’s first budget on Thursday evening.

More specifically, they voted against a Conservative sub-amendment which calls on the House of Commons to reject the budget because it did not bring down the deficit to the promised $42 billion in the last fiscal update and failed to include a plan to build more oil and gas pipelines.

Prior to the vote, interim NDP Leader Don Davies said his party would not be supporting the Conservatives’ motion because it calls for tens of billions more in cuts to public spending.

the people in his riding who voted blue will be pissed
Pierre will win the leadership review again

you should be far more concerned about the state of the Canadian economy and inflation in six months

the electorate will remember the massive debt
the electorate will also have figured out they were conned by elbows up Carney

and
neither the cost of living nor food inflation was addressed in this budget

AI Overview
Mark Carney, the current Prime Minister of Canada, made a notable statement regarding accountability and the cost of living, specifically referencing the
grocery store experience as a metric by which the government should be judged.
The quote, repeated in several reports, is:
"Canadians will hold us to account by their experience at the grocery store, when they are paying their electricity bill, when they or their children are looking for a place to live".
and then the fool runs up more debt, printing more money and layering on carbon taxes for our shrinking industrial base ......... fuel for the inflation nightmare

this is going to be disastrous for Canadians
and his words will haunt Mark Carney and the sycophant liberals

What if Carney's budget included $500M of taxpayer dollars for Pee Pee to retire, he would still reject it. Because he wants to pass such a bill himself.

Guys, it's done. You can't save the stupid. They just have to learn the hard way.

Carney owns shares in all these companies he wants to do projects with. He's literally just stuffing his pockets with money and will retire a billionaire because of this.

This is African country level corruption and you have so called educated Canadians cheering this.

You just can't save the stupid.

If you aren't calling out DoFo right now for handing out tens of millions for 'training' to insiders, then you have no business even making allegations about Carney.
Because its obvious its a partisan attack, not something you care about.

Anyways, Harper rode off the Liberal surpluses from the 90s.
Anyways, Chrétien/Martin rode off the gst and spending cuts that Mulroney/ Wilson implemented

Let me explain: Conservative debt = Good, Liberal debt = bad.
do you not understand the size of the current liberal debt has become unsustainable, yet they are still borrowing
it is like they have an agenda to intentionally destroy our country
