I had a problem with FF the other day. It wouldn't load a terb page so just closed the program or force close it. Next day turn on computer and FF won't load a page. Then I install another FF and still no browsing allowed.
I un-installed both FF and install a fresh one. Still no browsing. I use IE to find problem and it says firewall is blocking after some tickering I can surf.
But the biggest benefit is that FF is really fast now. I mean superfast. So from now on I will backup the bookmarks in another directory and uninstall FF. Then I will reinstall FF after rebooting. I notice the profiles are saved as long as the folder exists. so it is easy to bring back the old profiles. I will do this every month I think.
