Firefox cache

does anyone know how to access and browse through your cache folder in firefox?

i used to be able to do it on internet explorer so easily.

firefox, not so easy.

so that i can see the picture files, htm files, etc??

apparently, the cache folder is encrypted in firefox, turned into all kinds of mumbo jumbo...

Old method but works -> about:cache

Then I did a search with the above and came across this.
