I've heard bad things about Firepay and their customer service and the same with Neteller. Has anyone used any of the companies for online money transfers? I know there is Western Union but it's set up different then the two companies indicated for merchant accounts et... With Firepay you cannot contact customer service and the only number I have is for their collections department which someone gave me which they are arrogant and rude when asking for customer service. With Neteller at least you can contact them directly. Any suggestions or experience with either of the companies? Thanks
