First Bell, now Rogers also drops HDNet

Just got a notice on my Rogers bill that they will be dropping HDNet in November from their channel lineup as well. Guess Mark Cuban isn't that popular with the networks...gonna miss some of their guys night in shows!:biggrin1:

Wow - I get e-billing, so had no idea... I watch a lot of the concerts on HDNet... Disappointing.

I guess they need the space, to let Omni1 HD to appear a 3rd time in the 500's?

Yeah, those ones don't cost near what a channel like HDNet would. Im gonbna miss it, especially the Sunday night concerts.

Rogers increased their bandwidth recently....hey at least that's a good sign....

I guess this would effectively mean that HDNet will not be available at all in Canada, since Bell and Rogers have a complete monopoly on cable and satellite TV service.
