Wanted to get some help regarding general fitness and what exercises and routines everyone is following. For context, I go to the gym 3 times a week but do a daily set of exercises for my knees. I have thinning cartilage in almost all my joints but really bad issue with my knees which makes squats and deadlifts tough. I’ve been following Knees Over Toes Guy on YouTube but sometimes I can’t follow the routines due to travelling. Any suggestions from people or influencers to check out?
