As much as I hate Hanoi Jane, she was referencing the name of a theatrical show. It's not as if she said, "Meredith, sometimes you can be a real c*nt." She could have been more delicate about it, and I know that's the one magical word you never hear in the mainstream media, but in the context in which it was said it really wasnt meant to be vulgar.

Good for Jane, she's an old coot now - just having a senior moment.
