What language is that?
Comedy genius language... If you want to classify it you could say generic country yokel with a distinct leaning towards Devon/Cornwall.
They did so many brilliant sketches... A similar one probably considered inappropriate these days on a similar theme was the Arab in the corner shop.
Ronnie Barker (The customer) was an absolute genius with words as can be seen from the Society of Pismonuncreation monologue.

Really? I mean no disrespect, Danmand, (you know I like you!), but is English not your first language? If that's the case, I could completely see why someone wouldn't understand what the words were. I used to work with a fellow from Italy and he had a heck of a time understanding the Newfie we worked with.

Exeactly, for someone like me with another first language, dialects are at first a bit hard to understand. I remember when I first moved to USA, I had a hard time understanding people from the south. Now I get it, as I get cockney.

After a little time, I can understand the dialects. I guess I have never heard this particular devon/cornwall dialect before.

Does this mean you don't understand what the Queen says when she speaks, or you don't understand British regional or working class accents?

I'm born and raised Canadian and spent five years living in England and interacted with people from all across the UK. Outside of the Glaswegian accent from Scotland, (very occasionally) Geordie/northeastern accents and sometimes north Wales accents, I never had a shred of trouble understanding folks.
