France will join the majority of countries in the world that recognize the state of Palestine, presently under an illegal occupation by Israel and an order by the UN to end the occupation.
Netanyahu is not really interested in even a temporary ceasefire. They blamed Hamas for offering an unacceptable deal to end the conflict.
Prior to that, Hamas had claimed that the talks were constructive. Even Egypt and Qatar who were mediators in these talks for peace, had stated that there was some progress in the latest round of talks. Apparently, that was until the USA envoy Witkoff pushed the blame on Hamas for an impasse into the negotiations.
So much, for Trump ending all these wars in 24 hours!!

He's not even committing to what version of "recognize the state of Palestine" he means.
Most likely "The 1967 borders" but didn't even say that, and won't commit to all the other problems that come with that.

Not one single Israel supporter, you included, can even name the borders of Israel.
That will be up to the ICC, ICJ and UN.
