Viewsat is more expensive, harder to use and has a poorer picture. The support is very fast, but the bins can be buggy.
I personally prefer Coolsat.

That being said:
1. Always wait for someone else to try a new bin first. Sometimes bins are released with new enhancememnts or a bug fix. Only load a new bin if you need it. Some buggy bins have been released in the past that can kill a FTA. Most Coolsats and all Viewsats that have been killed by bad bins can't be fixed at home and have to go back to the shop.
2. Anyone can post a new bin on a site. Some people will put up fake bins for fun. Using the official sites prevents getting fake bins, but those sites get very busy when there is a new release. When using other sites, always check around to see if the same bin is also posted elsewhere to reduce chances of getting a fake one.
