I was at home, the phone rang, with the separate ring signifying it was not a call for me. I checked the number after the call and it seemed familiar. I went to www.nowmagazine.com and perused the numbers to see if it was someone I had called earlier. Sure enough, there was a number with only the last digit differing. As I know many SPs use similar numbers for advertising, I went into my room-mate's message centre, and listened to the message. It started off in Chinese and then someone said"- - - - it is 9am and we are waiting for you. I erased the message and hoped they wouldn't call back again. A week or so later, similar message.
Now, there are two explanations. One is that of above, the other is that my roomie gets an occasional ride to work at that time in the morning. It could have been his ride calling, but how about the odds for the number being almost identical just a short time after I called the SP?
And don't you hate it when you call an Mp or Sp and they call back? Now I try to use *67 as often as possible when calling!

Because I thought it was from the SP, and didn't want him to do a *69 and talk to them if he was curious as to who called.
