Has anyone tried FusionHDTV???
It supposedly can pick up HDTV signals and show them on your laptop of desktop.
But I always thought HDTV signals can only be transmitted over cable

HD signals can also be picked up over the air using an antenna.

There are several HDTV cards you can buy, Fusion is one. In Toronto you can pick up a couple of HD channels from the CN tower and several more from Buffalo if you have a good enough antenna. However make sure your card is ATSC not DVB or you won't pick up anything.
