galaxy note 8.0

so i broke down and went and got a tablet even though i figured they were useless. i got a good deal on just under 500$ and put it on a 6 gig a month plan shared with my phone. so i take it home and the first day i fire it up and download a shit tonne of cool apps and played with it till i killed the battery. i plugged it in to charge and haven't touched it since, it has now been sitting on my night stand for nearly 3 months collecting dust. i have always said tablets are useless and i have no idea why i broke down and got it but i did and proved my point.

so any ideas of what i could use it for besides keeping a square of my table clean from dust ?

lol i totally understand what you mean...i bought a galaxy tab 10.1 a few ago and it just collecting dust.

honestly, lots of these new tech are just fad, we (at least me) don't even need it..e.g. ultrabook, tablets, tablet pcs etc

heck even my laptop is just sitting there collecting dust...i only hv a phone and desktop for computer uses

even back in school, i can never understand why is hving a laptop better than the plain old note book and pen for writing down lecture notes...i used a laptop for taking notes for a few days and retired it, useless!

unless u r a heavy ebook reader, tablets are basically useless imho

between my laptop and my phone (s4) i had no need or use for it. total waste of money but i got caught up in my need for gadgets.

You could use it as coaster for your drinks or as a place mat on the coffee table while you eat diner in front of the tv or how about as a chopping board.
