GFE vs. PSE?

Why would an escort on Dreammakers, for example, be lited as a PSE but not a GFE? Is it because she would provide high mileage but just cannot abide playing the kissypoo girlfriend fantasy role? I had thought that PSE was just a step up in openmindedness from GFE.

Generally-speaking, I would think that GFE is a subset of PSE.

Maybe it's because DM doesn't want her to get bad reviews on her for sending her out to provide a service she's not capeable of providing. If she can't hold up her end of a conversation, but can suck a fuzzy tennis ball up fifty feet of garden hose, then it may not be in anyone's best interest to send her out on a GFE call.

I think Whosyodaddy and Hangman hit the nail on the head. GFE isn't necessarily just less mileage. PSE can be mechanical but GFE should not.
