Went with 3 buddies to the Go-Go, place was packed as I have ever seen it, plenty of female patrons as well (don't get that, but it is Belleville, not a lot of decent bars). And somebody said the Cabaret is closed, so that could have something to do with it.
My one buddy had dances with Candy, young, dark hair all natural, very sexy, and very good dances, he was very happy. I was attracted to Mercedes II (there were two Mercedes that nite, the other was pretty hot too). Petite, very voluptuous, red hair, maybe EE, an accent but didnt ask, was too into the dances which had the right amount of everything. Both girls highly recommended, Mercedes says she came down from T.O., works at landing strip. If you get these kind of dances there, I'm goin'.
Talked to Mikayla, blonde girl from Hawkesbury, she had an awesome stage show, very accrobatic, but she was very busy with regulars, couldn't get a dance with her....maybe later in week, she says she is going to work here for a bit.
Anybody know if Doctor's Hotel has re-opened, that was the hot gossip? I live close but not in town so don't get all the info.

Yes, she mentioned she was from Toronto and danced at a club around the airport, can't recall which one. She is definitely the one I developed a minor addiction to, spent several Fridays in a row there, all before Easter, havent been back since...was costing me too much money.
Maybe I will check it out this friday to see if she is in town. Do you know her from MDS or another bar?

Sorry to hijack, but when did the Doctor's close? Used to have great times sneaking in there for drafts. 95 cents and they brought the salt! Best place to water before taking the train.

well, last time I was in belleville they told me the cabaret (downtown by river) was closed, but the doctors was reopening...they did huge renos a couple of years back and had dancers downstairs (member when they were just upstairs?) they suddenly closed, had a fire or liquor violation - forget what...somebody from quinte probably has better info.
anyway, long story longer, the docs may be open again...just a bit off the beaten track for me. go-go is so close to 401 I can zip in, and zip out, so to speak

yeah it was great

used to drop in downstairs to see the 'odd' live band...usually a rush or triumph wanna be. always sad to see a storied establishment bite the dust...but at least there is hope.
as for the Canadian...well nothing is bringing the pink palace back

The best milleage around is in Trenton at the Sherwood.

I stand corrected

was in Belleville yesterday with a buddy and the Doctors is still closed, Cabaret was open at 4 p.m...but very slow, not a great selection of girls...not great service (surly bartender - she's been there for years, zero personality) and the clientele and men's can leave a LOT to be desired. Let's just say I don't know if I will be rushing back. Although beer is 3.50 from Sun-Wed.
As for Go-Go, there is a $3 cover after 9 pm. and a 'washroom attendant' but beer is 3.50 on Wed only. Better selection of talent and washroom smelled slightly better. What is it with Belleville water?
Can't wait for you to bring down more talent jer. keep us posted.

Go Go Club

Had to stop over in Belleville so I put in a few hours at the Go Go. Nice headliner (elektra, apparently a porn model). In general I found the place to be a pleasant surprise - friendly wait staff (no too pushy with the drinks).

The women were all pretty hot, from 7/10 up I'd say. Ended up with a nice VIP dance from a tall, slim blonde (sorry, I'm CRAP with names). Great grind, nice attitude, etc.

Generally, all the stage shows were good (varying from ok to great).

Dances are $20 per song (approx 5 minutes).
Beer was $5.25, Jack was 6-something.
Entrance was $3.

Yes, there's a bathroom attendant - weird! He was a pleasant sort of dude though. My guess is he's security in the guise of a towel boy. And, YES, a lot of female patrons. I guess whoever said it is right - not a lot of bars in Belleville!

I'd definitely go back if I ever need to saty over in Belleville.
