Wtf is this makeup sex everone speaks of?!?? In nearly every relationship ive been in, if she gets pissed at me, It just basically accumulates. Ie some minor annoyance will be combined with the previous two times she was pissed, in order to furthe justify witholding sex. I cant fucking win!!!

Great make up sex happens before you're married, while she's still hoping you're perfect, or thinking she can make you perfect given enough time. It's a triumph of her hope for the future over her present pain and disappointment.
After you're married, and she realizes you're still not perfect, and there is no hope of changing you, her resentment festers and grows. However, now there is only tension, which is not relieved by sex, as in direct proportion to her disappointment her desire fades.
