you wont find any action in cayo coco cuba period. It's kind of like a private island and locals can't really get in unless they work at one of the resorts. Even then, they have to get checked in and out.

you will have to travel to Moron or Ciego de Avila for girls. I been to ciego de avila twice, you will need some Spanish and its far from the resorts. so give a Moron a try and ask the taxi driver if he can help you out, they will be happy to for a tip.
