Good clubs/bars in K/W?

Just wondering if you guys know of any good clubs or bars in Kitchener/Waterloo, Guelph, or Cambridge, especially for Saturday nights. My girlfriend is visiting me this weekend from out of town, and we want to go out and have some fun in this area. Thanks!

Club Abstract in Kitchener

Club Abstract in Kitchener and it's right on the main street (King St) just north of the city centre. The music was pretty well rock/alternative the last time I was there. Plus they have an outdoor patio if your a smoker. The crowd was mainly university types with the odd biker.
