Topiarri's on Derry east of Airport Road.
Zorro's on Torbram, 1 block west of Airport north of Derry. Real close to MDS for that matter.

used to like Lonestar, but new management and the food is sub-par... I also miss Outback. that Keg location is only ok... Zorro's is much better for steak.
Hot waitresses yes, but the food?
Mediocre at best (in fact, I'd even say the food was shit at Arizona's (and I've been several times)). Food is not why one goes to Arizonas.
If you're looking for a decent restaurant by the airport, try La Scala. Very good Italian food.

Failing that, the Keg as others have mentioned is always good (no, not great, but it is good)
PS, if you want HOT waitresses (way hotter than Arizona's) AND good food - then go to Earls at Square One. Seriously, the waitresses there are all your knock out girl next door lookers as opposed to sleezy strippers with fake tits with clothes on at Arizona's.
I remember the food at Earl's being too salty. The other people with me felt the same way but to each his (or her) own. The waitresses were good-looking. Moxies at Square One also has some hot waitresses and if you like wine-flavoured food then it is a good bet.
U cab also hop on the hwy 27 south it turns into 427s get off on Dundas, hang a right and about 1/2km on the right is lacastele. about a 10 min drive from the airport strip.
