Google Algorithm now toxic

Since November 2022, we are finding that the Google search in terms of our Organic rankings dropped off precipitously. Others have mentioned the same thing. Any suggestions, key word blogs and content are on our site.??? Our organic rankings have been stellar for the past eight years.
