It is really ironic that you even have the nerve to bring up the point about cancellation. Who canceled in the last minute (Sara and Stephanie) this week and last week without even apologizing to all those that have booked or tried to book. Many of us PM'ed each other and wondered what happened to the lack of responses with regard to our booking requests and for some not even getting a cancellation notice after the appointments have been confirmed and waiting for location. Just sitting there and waiting till the last minute but nothing happened!!!

We had to arrange our days (which sometimes resulted in major changes in our week's schedule) just not even to get an notification about cancellations at all. It is just simply not professional and bad customer service. Treating your loyal Ottawa customers like shit without even an apology is simply not acceptable!!! You did apologize to the Toronto folks on the board. Do we deserve anything less?

Until you apologize, I doubt many others like me will ever book again! Even after your apology, please confirm that Cindy is in town and in the hotel first as no one wants to re-arrange their days or week again just to get disappointed. We deserve better!

I've read alot of other complaints about booking problems and cancellations with i-n.

Maybe they should have a points system for delays responding to booking requests, delays in providing location information, cancellations without 24 hours notice, and even more points for never giving a cancellation notice. If you earn enough points you get a free hour with the lady of your choice.

It's a shame that i-n can not resolve their problems with handling bookings because I've heard alot of good things about the service their ladies provide.

I believe we all cut them some slack after the Sara miss. Then we all dived in to try to book with Stephanie. All these were after Maxine's vacation. The problem is less with the computers than with how they manage the girls' schedules or their travel/hotel bookings and how they treat us in tems of priority when it comes to scheduling. If things are not confirmed with the girls or the train or the hotel, then don't put things up to allow us to book. All we want is just some respect as it is a two way street like you said. A bit of notice and apology about cancelation is not too much to ask especially for those who have their appointments confirmed.

Some of us have been paying their regular Montreal rate ($300/hr) every single time so it is not like we are not willing to spend. I actually wish them send some of those in the $350/hr category too. A train ticket costs them 5-8 times less than a flight ticket to Calary or Vancouver so there is enough money to be made.

As it stands now, I am still quite upset and not quite willing to book again until we hear back from Maxine. I may forgive them if Maxine promises to send one of their better looking girls (see below) in the next couple of weeks. Gordw, I have also taken up your advise on Monique so I can stick with Monique, Penny and others until I-N shows us some respect in terms of advance notice of their tour schedules and cancellations!

I would love to continue to support them but I believe we deserve to be treated better. And why can't we get the better looking girls to Ottawa?!! After all, they are all in a hotel room in Montreal most of the time which is only 2 hours away from Ottawa.

Being the gentleman I am , I accepted an apology from Maxine and booked up with Cindy already for next week to continue to show my support for these I-N girls. Let's hope they will send Genevieve, Naomi, ... and others soon. Apparently there are idiots among us that pull off no-show stunts, last minute cancelation and stuff like that so it really discourages them to continue to come to Ottawa. But I still stand by the comment that we deserve the better looking girls as it seems that all of us that support I-N are fairly picky.

I sent off an email to the address listed in the posting, and have had no response yet. As well, I filled out the form to "join" on their website, and haven't had any response to that, either.
