In my opinion: an unverified, non-reviewed, unknown SP who shows no signs of being legitimate, is likely using fake pictures (I haven’t reverse image searched this), charging $200/hh & $400/hr +extras makes me think that this is a bad idea. This, to me, has all of the signs of either: bait and switch, deposit scam, false menu scam (saying they provide services they don’t actually provide), etc.

Use your head guys. The only way we’ll start getting more legitimate SPs posting legitimate ads and we can start showing the fakes that we aren’t falling for their deceits anymore is by simply ignoring their ads, not going to see them, or not contacting them. Yes, sometimes they can be completely legit and doing whatever they’re doing for privacy reasons sure, however the odds are so slim that you have better luck hitting the jackpot on a scratch card lol
