Ok so I'm a music junkie and have tunes on all the time in the car, at home, at work, having a massage etc. and I love sharing my new finds with others. Last Friday I was perusing the CD section at Future Shop and came across a CD I've never seen before by the Beastie Boys.
The CD is called "INSOUNDSFROMTHEWAYOUT". Now I know most of you don't necessarily like the Beasties, but this CD is a collection of Instrumental Acid/Funk type of tunes, no rapping. It is absolutely the coolest sounding music I have had the pleasure to listen to. Some of these instrumentals have found their way onto their mainstream albums, but imho too few and far between. If anybody went to their show in November and during the middle they broke, regrouped on another set and did many songs of the acid/funk variety. I thought I was halucinated at the time (which I definitely was as well) but when I found this CD, it brought back the whole scene.
