I am thinking of buying home in GTA .. does anyone know of Real estate realtors who offer cash back on their commission to their clients? we used to have them in west coast... not sure if they are here in GTA...
any insights will be appreciated...
Usually cash back is only given if you found the home yourself etc
As a classic example you plan to buy a condo from a builder, you strike up a deal with a Realtor to go with you, they give you cash back
I know a few who have no issue doing this (feel free to pm)
In resale market it is more tricky
Usually it is formula based
(eg if he shows you one house you get this much back, if he shows you 5 houses you get this much back etc)
