I used to take my kids out on Earth Day,,,we would carry big garbage bags and go 'clean up our planet',,,,they loved it and people would see us and comment on how 'if everyone did that what a beautiful planet we would have'. Excellent lesson for the kids,,,I would smile when I would hear one of them yelling at their friends for 'making their earth dirty' lol.
