New research coming out shoes that you can get gonorrea and syphillis by only kissing (mainly DFK). Its hard to differentiate between how you gotten yiur STD whether it was from sex or kissing since the 2 usually happen together. Thanks, looking to hear your thoughts!

As far as STIs from DFK go, DFK is significantly less risky than giving a BJ with some combination of deepthroat and / or swallow. Providers that avoid kissing often do so for intimacy reasons, not safety reasons.
If you're in BBBJ land, particularly giving, then there's little point in worrying about LFK/DFK. If you're in CBJ land then there is some marginal risk with LFK/DFK, though substantially less so than with bare oral.
