Apparently there is a new agency coming to Ottawa. Wondering if anyone has intel? I DM'd them to get info but have yet to hear back. Hopefully, they can successfully fill a void here in Ottawa.

In December, they made a big fanfare for the upcoming January opening, but nothing since then.
Yeah I give them a few months tops… there’s several reasons agencies don’t last in Ottawa.
Just based on the tweets (and now radio silence) I’m not convinced they have all their ducks in row when they “planned” this out.
I’d take it a little more seriously if someone was actually on top of their Twitter, actually responding to messages and emails for more info. But again, radio silence…
Patience! Good things come to those who wait! Any if nothing does happen.....then you can't say anything because you don't know what you missed??!?!? But if something does happen, maybe a little late....then there are those who will be very happy. Opening a business anywhere takes a lot of work and paperwork and stuff.....then add that it is the Nations Capital and the type of service....I can see where you need to dot a lot of "i" 's and cross a lot of "t" 's and we have not even talked about red tape yet.....

By red tape you mean because the whole business model of an Agency is illegal right? According to Bill C-36 anyways. It’s not like they are filing any paperwork or getting a license to operate, registering as a business or getting an HST number.
