Help Needed - Trouble navigating Terb

Today has been one of the rare times that I am able to log on to TERB without major problems so I will take the time to ask for some help while I can.
Many moons ago you all may recall when there was a general problem with the board or it may be that the board was undergoing some kind of upgrade. At any rate ever since then I have had problems either logging on or simply navigating around without logging in. Clinking on links to the various forums can result in the page loading about half way and sort of hanging there until Explorer displays that "page could not be found message" Some days are worse than others and actually being able to log in is possible maybe only 10% of the time.
Fred attempted to help out a while ago but was able to isolate anything abnormal. He suggested that a firewall could cause this but I did eliminated this possibliity. So the problem remains and I am wondering if anyone else has experienced similar behaviour and would be able to suggest what is causing it.
Thanks for any suggestions.

Is your computer reasonably up to date? What browser and version are you using? I don't have problems at all unless the site is totally down which I have only seen twice.

Why Not?

Also try clearing the temporaory internet files from your cache.

Then go to Tools, Internet options, General Tab (if you run MS Internet Explorer V 5 or higher). See Temporary Internet files section and click on Settings. Look at the "check for newer version of stored pages" area and make sure that you don't have "never" selected. Every visit to page is probably best if you are having trouble but it will slow the browser down a bit.

If you don't do the above you may simply reload the corrupt version of each page from your hard drive rather than get it new from the website.

I am running Windows XP with the latest version of Internet Explorer and this was also the case when things worked fine. I have just (again) emptied my cache and checked out wether "never" selected and doesn't seem to help.
I seem to have no problems with other VBulletin sites just this one.
I have yet to try from another computer as Sheik suggested but intend to as soon as I can.
Thanks for the replies!

Specter : You need to set your VB options to:

<Remember Username and password> = YES

Note: It's not safe to have your options set in this manner if you are going to be using public terminals.

Fred,
I "enabled cookies" and I think it has made a difference.
Didn't see anthing about setting "remember user name and password" where I could choose yes.
I will assume I am go to go with the cookie enable.
Thanks
