Help using twitter.

I am trying to use twitter to look for sp/massage options . Any suggestion on how to find them if i dont have a name or handle to search.

This will give you various indies and agencies @GTA_Escorts also look at @Naughty_Toronto. Look at who follows these pages and you should find some indies. Then you can see who those indies follow etc. Twitter will give you suggestions as well I don't think twitter was designed as a directory so searching for stuff is not so straight forward.
