Help with translation of sanskrit

Hey folks,
I'm hoping someone who can read and understand sanskrit could help me with a translation of the image below. My goal is to get it as a tattoo and want to make sure it says what it's supposed to say. (Don't worry mods, the image below is PG.):

The Sanskrit can have a few meanings depending on how it is interpreted.

"this side up"

is one. Maybe some of the other terb members will see it differently.

Where are you getting the tattoo? as it could influence the meaning of the translation.

For real? Interesting. Well, it'll be either around my left wrist or on the underside of my right forearm. If it means "this side up", then that's not what I'm looking for.

Sanskrit??? a 5000 year old dead language? That's what you want your tatoo of? Why not just go with a mom heart?
