Hendrix playing guitar on Shotgun by Buddy and Stacey in 1965. Local TV show Night Train promoting local R&B talent, over 48 years ago, funny to see Hendrix playing guitar and groovin' to an oldie, rock'n roll classic. Great stuff.

Sure can spot him, it was easy considering it's rare to see a left handed playing guitarist.

I was alive and he was the only left handed guitar player in the band.

I have an digital audio file, (320 kbs .mp3) of Jimi playing acoustic guitar, described as '70-02-01 at Jimi's Apartment - Jam with Mitch Mitchell'. I got it in a trade on WinMX about 10 years ago. In the wild west days of peer to peer file exchange before bit torrents, it was common to have to negotiate trades to acquire shared digital files.

I have no idea if this has been released on one of the 3.059 posthumous Hendrix albums, or whether it is a true underground rarity. I do recall that the guy I got it from shared audio files exclusively, and many of them appeared to be rare, unreleased material. The recoding is 32 minutes, 40 seconds. Any Jimi fans heard of this one?
