I got a certificate request trying to enter site ... not sure how reputable it is.

There are other reputable Internet providers in Toronto -- just do a google search!

Reviews:

It's a value internet service provider with almost non-existent tech support.

Very poor speed during evenings for months. Not sure worth while to stay with 3web or CIA if they could not fix it with Rogers. Overall, technical department is not capable to fix issues promptly and does not communication to their customers. CIA has not improve much in this department.

Absolutely the worst service.

I take care of a friends company’s website, I made changes to it on Jan18th and they were live. At some point in the next couple of days all changes were lost – like a server crash and roll back to last known good.
Re-uploading the changes did nothing.

Tried contacting support via e-mail – nothing after 8+ days
Phone support resulted in a email response a couple of days later. Now here is the worst part, the email response that was sent was for two other websites totally unrelated to me in any way – Password included!

tech arrived on time to split the line for cable and internet, equipments arrived that same morning, hooked up and was good to go

now im weary of dealing with their billing to change my rentals to the ones I'm going to buy very soon, hopefully they wont screw up the billing

I'll keep you updated

[edit] well the connection have degraded somewhat recently, slightly frustrating, but not overwhelmingly bad like whats going on with some people in the 3web thread in Canadian Broadband, seems like regular slowdowns etc, they have yet to screw up my billing either, it's alot better than dsl for my location and pricewise vs rogers
