Hilarious Halloween costumes for work?

Hey Guys & Gals,

Well Halloweenie is upon us and if you're like me, you got offices getting ready for the halloween dress up.

My question is what are/some hilarious costumes you've seen in the past at work that are hilarious but just so that you won't be getting a pink slip from HR the next day?

Still good, but it was an space alien with an orange prison jump suit stenciled "Illegal Alien"
