Probably about 3 to 3.5 years. His life is fucked though (as it should be).
He wont be able to travel to the US ever again. People are unlikely to want to listen to his music, buy his albums, go to his concerts....etc.
He's in a lot worse spot than Jian Ghomeshi who was acquitted.
He'll be an outcast for a very long time, if not for the rest of his life
LOL…I could not list even one song by Hedley. I’ve heard of them but that’s about it.
Anyway, this guy sounds like he’s getting what he deserves. I hope this brings some peace to the woman he assaulted.
Like I said before-whatever possess these idiots to rape and violence when alot of willing,beautiful,shapely WOMEN not girls-are ready,able and willing to jump into bed with him and make all of his fantasies come true.Things we regular hobbyists can only dream about-now Hoggard's nightmare is only beginning-3-5 years is a long time if you can't readily defend yourself and he'll be playing alot of strip poker in the dark without any cards.

5 years isn’t enough. He will likely only serve 3.-3.5 years maybe less. While his victims will live with this nightmare for the rest of their lives. Hope he gets what he deserves in jail and see how it feels to be on the receiving end of the pole
Max he will serve is 40 months until Statutory Release at two thirds. He will be eligible for Full Parole after 20 months and Day Parole at 14 months.
That said he will have to finish programming before having a great chance at parole. It may take up to 2 years for him to complete the programming.

Maybe he's stocking up on personal lube and cartons of cigarettes before he enters into prison as a protective gifts-even 40 months isn't easy I imagine and he doesn't look tough being used to luxury .
