His plan was to reno the main lodge as a nice updated dachau, and demolish the smaller outlying cabins.
Then war in Ukraine happened.
Now he is the resonsible ad hoc hotelier to 60 or more refugees living on his property.
With no end in sight to get back to his original plan for the place.
