When I open Hotmail it freezes for a few minutes
anyone know why?

Is there some sort of update I dont know about.

Microsoft polls PCs and has a ton of 3rd party cookies it has to load.

My Hotmail account freezes when I'm on my home PC, but I can access it from any other computer without any trouble. I have to log-off just to get back on-line. If anyone knows of a solution, I'd love to hear it.

Hotmail has always been funny with me. Somedays i get into my inbox instantly and other days it takes a while to load and then i have trouble logging out. Gotta love microsoft!

Hotmail is shit!!!! I once sent an e-mail and it didnt get there untill 1 week later. Snailmail could have been faster or maybe I should've walked.

Try Yahoo e-mail, they're pretty good and free also

I have not had a problem with accessing msn or hotmail accounts.. they just increased the storage to 250MB

i would like to know what the problem with hotmail is. every day, i get emails containing viruses, at least 10 of them, from email addy's i have never seen or heard of. i know it is not the user's problem, but some program replicating itself through their address book, but, it is extremely annoying. my norton anti-virus, as well as my rogers security settings, always intercepts the malicious file before it reaches me, but, it is extremely annoying. i have emailed microsoft, and hotmail, with no success.

www.fastmail.fm is the most dependable one I've seen. And you can even change your address on it.

I have had my hotmail account for the past 5 years. I have NEVER had any trouble with it.
Even their junk mail filter is working great.
