How do I tie a tie....please help????

Anyone got some easy to follow tips on how to tie a tie, I used to have a tie that was always tied but can't find it so I had to buy a new one and can't figure it out......sorry construction worker.

Any business men in the house?

If you go to Walmart, they've got some nice looking "zip up" ties. Once you put them in the collar NOBODY can tell it's a "zip-up"....unless it's an SP.

Some very good and explicit directions for tying both Windsor, and four-in-hand/semi-windsor knots as well as bow ties on the www (google and yahoo). You may have to practice but having done so, you will find it is not all that difficult.
