It is definitely not all, but there will be some that do keep track of their reviews as well as participate in the lounge threads.
There have been a couple of SPs indicate that one reason for keeping track of their reviews is to see what else they can do to improve what they are doing or how they are doing it.
Obviously the good reviews are indicating services or such that particular members really enjoy and she should continue with those.
That in and of itself shows me that they really do enjoy what they are doing and only want to make it even better for both.
