You need to find someone with a really big snake.
And have them ram it down your drain, really, really hard, until all the stuff comes out.

The kitchen I left alone, seems to be running fine, the dishwasher shoots hot water down it and there is a garbage dep. ahead of it.
The bathrooms I do once a year, take the trap off, clean it and run the garden hose hook up outside up to each bathroom and flush the line in the house out, I use a rag warp around the hose and have somebody outside turn the water on all the way. You be surprise how much black junk builds up inside.

Try putting some septic tank powder (bacteria) in the drain overnight at least once or twice a year. that should keep the drain trap fairly clean.
Don't bother, unless you pour grease/oil down your drain. If the drain is not slow there is no need. If you pour grease/oil down the drain (never a good idea), fill the sink up with boiling water (boil water in pots on the stove, hot water from the faucet is not hot enough) and a string attached to the stopper. Once the sink is full, pull the plug. This will help (only help) clear out grease or oil on the drains. Do this once every 3 months.
FYI, if your peeing in your drain and not running water and have copper or cast iron drains then you are into a corrosion problem. If the pee is left to solidify you can use this stuff called Freeflow. Works wonders.
