How strict is TERB on the post quota?

Just wondering how strict TERB is on how many posts per month?
Have not been able to really post on TERB because I am overseas. I know it is five posts per month but does TERB really enforce that rule?

Being from the States I only get to Toronto about once a year for a week. Thus, I like to keep current on the SP scene so I don't get any surprises once in Toronto. I ended up discovering the Lounge once the 5-post-per-month rule was put into place. Geez, now I can argue politics and philosophy all day (2 of my favorite passions). Who would have thought I that when I say terb helps satisfy my desires I'm really refering to political debate!
