How to uncover false and deceptive SP photos

We all know that service providers don't always provide accurate info - or photos. Now there's an easy way to check if the photos come from somewhere else - just plug them into www.tineye.com - an online reverse image search engine (based in Toronto!!) to find out where else on the web they are being used (and by who else). If the images aren't originals, then chances are they were copied from some far-off website and recycled. (Seems that Tineye.com was originally created to allow image copyright-holders a way to find out if their works are being used elsewhere on the web).

Here's an example:

Apr 5 Craigslist Posting (sample):
SPECIAL 25$ FOR 30 MIN.///ANGELINA - w4m (HIGH PARK)
http://toronto.en.craigslist.ca/tor/ers/1677405789.html

This is the same massage outfit that listed at:
http://www.toronto-exotic-massage.com/parlours/Toronto.htm as:

High Park Massage
AKA:Fennel
1550A Bloor W
Toronto
(416) 916-1386

(compare the tel contact number)

Now, note the image used in the Craiglist Posting. When this image is plugged into www.tineye.com...

Result: This same image has been used in Russia, Argentina, Germany, Latvia and elsewhere for all kinds of purposes, like selling lingerie or illustrating news stories.

Conclusion? This massage parlor is using fake images of women to sell its services. Boo.

Bad idea - how can they be trusted? (especially at those rates too!)

My question: How should they be told - directly or via bad word of mouth?

BUT it is a good reminder to us to use it a little more often...sometimes we forget to use it and make threads that aren't necessary.

I just discovered tineye and it's a great revelation to me - so I felt the urge to share. I'll be more careful going forward!
