I get an error when accessing Terb: Oops! We run into some problems

Its 2-4 days I'm getting it, I formatted my computer yesterday thinking I was due for a clean up, but its back. It doesn't happen with other sites. Only on Terb with Chrome or firefox.

Looks like the backend database server(s) are timing out hence multiple users are getting this issue and randomly throughout the day - and some of you will notice it happens across multiple devices (your phone, your computer) as well.

Post #7 by Mark, part of the support team that keeps our TERB addiction humming along, they are working on the source issues this weekend. Good to hear and appreciated.
