I know a girl that got into the SP business because she owes big on her credit cards. I am not sure if this can be done, but if her credit is good (even if she does owe money) can she get the banks to give her a line of credit on the credit card amount so she can pay off her credit cards and cancel them? Then she can pay much less than the 18% interest the creit card companies are charging her.

She can do it. Sometimes she has to find the right bank or individual bank worker. Many will just brush her off.

If she is new and has no documentation to show her earnings she might have a hard time.

Be a real sugardaddy and pay it off for her. Then cut up her CC so you don't have to do it again next month.
