I thought I saw Molly Robinson's pic on the side of a TTC bus!

Well, it actually was a CTV ad on the Mike & Molly Show. The picture of Molly (played by Melissa McCarthy), certainly had a resemblance, and for a second, I was surprised as to the coincidence in looks and the name, although the actress' stature is larger. I had to do a double take though.

Here's a pic that is a more complete version of the ad I saw which I think, showed from the waist up [I've since cropped it]. So imagine looking at it the same way, would you gents agree?



Note: Molly Robinson does advertise her face.

Yea seriously, I was wanting to see Molly after seeing some of her pics and reading reviews.
Granted Molly R is curvy but this actress is enormous!! And a RO comparison, even facially? Not cool.
Can someone confirm that Molly's pics are accurate and that there is nothing but maybe a passing resemblance to this actress.

I think it would be a great idea for TTC to spice up their ad space with EROS and ********** and RedZone.

I've known a couple for over 20 years and every year they keep getting bigger until they now resemble a larger version of Mike and Molly. Anyway, the two of them were standing on my porch and I swear I felt the porch buckle. I think the combined weight of the two is probably north of 600 pounds.

Jesus, let's not turn this thread into something else which was a discussion about a slight (or as you put it, 'passing') resemblance of a public ad with the same name.

The actress is much larger, which is what I already explained (and you noticed). Molly's pics speak for themselves and are very accurate. I've seen Molly several times in the flesh (& still would like to).

p.s. And yes, not cool to compare our attractive Molly or Melissa to RO.

For what? Melissa's face was a passing resemblance to our beloved Molly, and with the same name in big print, I couldn't help to think of her. Melissa is also pretty, so this whole thread is a compliment to Molly.

Perhaps you should apologize to Melissa McCarthy fans for comparing her to Rosie O'Donnell.

I didn't offend anyone on here or Melissa McCarthy, you're just being ridiculous now. You were the one who brought this whole matter upon TERB, shame on you.

You didn't offend MM? You're the one who compared her to RO and are insinuating offence to MR. And calling this light-hearted observation a 'shameful matter brought upon Terb' IS the most ridiculous thing I've heard so far.

I think you should crawl back under your bridge now.

P.S. If I've offended MR, it's unintentional, but I'd make it up to her with a dinner-date session.
