Langeweile: you are partially correct. People of Germanic/Hungarian background tradationally use the length of their baby (pinkie) finger as an equation with their winkie. However proud Canadians and Latvians use the length of their forearm as an equation with their winkie. Dutch use their nose. Italians use their imagination. French just lie about it.
