Why do parents leave their child in the car unattended on a hot, muggy day to go strolling through the mall.
Isn't the whole idea to bring the child with you into the mall as well or at least have someone to watch them?

It also irks me when people tie their dogs up outside on a hot day while having a cup of coffee and reading the paper in a coffee shop or going grocery shopping and the poor dog is barking it's head off.
Take the dog to a nearby park and have your coffee.
