I have to say, I like being in an iconic and mysterious line of work...I hope it never becomes mainstream; but that they change laws only in relation to safety issues, basically, those affecting street girls.

One thing I think would be kinda cool to see again is the sultry dame at the far end of the grand hotel bar...sipping a cocktail, glamorous and secretive as a cat...cue the noir, baby!

I'm told it still happens at the bar at The Wedgewood here in Vancouver, but not sure. There's a great hotel jazz bar 1/2 block from my place, and I've often wondered about nursing a g&t and seeing what transpires...as I understand, one merely remarks candidly on one's line of work, adding that 'tonight is my night off'.

I agree completely. I also find that the more it is accepted or legalized the quality and choice of SPs goes up without prices going bananas.

Did you know you can't get a BBBJ in Australia from a licensed SP?..

There was an Australian review board, australianescorts.com, that I looked at several times in the last couple of years. There was just as much reference to bbbj there as on Terb. Some of the states have brothel licensing, although I don't recall reading anything about individual SPs needing licences.
