What kind of issues? I've done Outcalls in hotels; if it's your first time using that agency, the Booker may ask you to provide your real name and room number, then call the hotel Front Desk and have Front Desk transfer her to the Room Phone in order to speak to you on the phone before sending you the girl.
I also did an Outcall to an Airbnb downtown recently; YMMV on that one, depending on which agency you call. The agency that I used is pretty laid back; I told them to have the girl meet me in front of a Starbucks near the condo I rented and I just walked her up to the apartment. It was my third time seeing this girl, so we knew each other already.
The only issues that I had in my history of ordering Outcalls were:
1. The woman came to my Hotel, but forgot to bring condoms with her. And I didn't have any. So she then had to go get condoms and come back. Since then, I learned to bring my own condoms.
2. The agency sent the girl to the wrong Hotel; which delayed the start of my session by 30 minutes while I waited for the girl to get to me. The agency didn't use a professional driver; they told the girl to take an Uber, and they wanted to blame the foul-up on the Uber driver. I booked a 2 hour appointment, and I was a little pissed off about this, so I told the Booker we will shorten my session to 90 minutes. I'm not going to reward people for incompetence.
